Deer Tallow Soap

A truly sustainable, locally-made product, our soap is made from 100% ethically hunted deer tallow. Often wasted, deer tallow makes a hard, long lasting bar of soap that cleans well and leaves skin moisturized. Most hand made soaps are made with imported oils with a large environmental impact. In mid-Michigan, white tail deer are chronically overpopulated, resulting in lowered herd health and extreme overgrazing of native forest plants. By utilizing more parts of the animal, we can sustainably work toward ecosystem balance.
